There are great communities all over. While Heron Bay here in Parkland is one of our favorites, a great option in Miami is Marina Blue.

We know you’ll love it here in Heron Bay, but recently I had a chance to visit Bay Point. It’s located in Miami and really had a lot to offer.
Bay Point in Miami is just one of those communities you have to see to believe. Just one visit and you’ll know why everyone who lives in Bay Point just loves it.
